Sub-processors
Last updated June 2026.
YourBrief uses the following sub-processors to deliver the service. We notify customers via email and the public changelog at least 30 days before adding or replacing any sub-processor in this list.
| Sub-processor | Purpose | Region | Data |
|---|---|---|---|
| Replit (platform host) | Application hosting, PostgreSQL database, object storage for uploaded brief files. | United States | All Customer and end-client data, encrypted at rest. |
| Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. | Subscription billing, card processing, Customer Portal for invoices. | Ireland / United States | Account email, billing name, payment method (held by Stripe — never by us). |
| SMTP relay (operator-configured) | Outbound transactional email (client receipts, password reset, team notifications). | Depends on relay (commonly EU / US) | Recipient email, message body (brief metadata, no full submission contents). |
Customer agencies may, at their option, configure additional third-party tools (Slack, ClickUp, custom analytics via the head-injection setting). Those tools are integrations the Customer chooses and operates; YourBrief is not the data controller for data the Customer routes through them.
